| In conjunction with Swinesmeadow Garden Centre we had a "Railway in a Garden" display in the Exhibition Marquee at Deeping Show. It created much interest in both the plants and the trains! | |

| Yet another good day for the live steamers! The weather was kind to us again and lots of people enjoyed watching and running the locos. | |

| How lucky we were with the weather! The rain only came at about 4.00pm after more than 60 visitors had enjoyed watching steam trains in the sunshine. Various locos from several different makers were seen running round during the day. We had our first lady owner steam driver picking up hints and tips during the day from our visiting specialists (many thanks Keith and Tony). |
